Our client is a $1B manufacturer with locations throughout the US and is seeking a Training Specialist.

Position.

·       There are already curricula in place for all programs from entry-level, service, engineering, and leadership development which must be tweaked and formalized for each program.

·        Some content will be outsourced or provided by the various departments; some will be personally delivered.

·       Will be the coordinator for all training programs. Limited travel to other sites on occasion.

·       Must have excellent communication and coordination skills and will be dealing with management, executives, and vendors to provide all training programs.

Requirements

·       Must have excellent communication and coordination skills

      BS/BA Degree

·       Must be able to travel 10% of the time.

·       1-2 years of professional training experience required (i.e., content creation, needs analysis, and training delivery).

·       Solid understanding of adult-learning principles.

·       Solid understanding of current training modalities (virtual, e-learning and AI)

·       Strong business writing skills.

·       Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

·       High energy and engaging; enjoys working and interacting with people.

·       Highly collaborative; strong customer-service orientation

·       Very hands-on; comfortable with handling details and administrative duties.

·       Strong listening skills
