SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST
Wyomissing, PA
$65,000 to $85,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Full Time: 80 hrs per pay period. No weekends, holidays or on call.
  • Assists surgical team during operative procedures.
  • Arranges and inventories sterile set-up for operations, and hands items as needed to the operative team.
  • Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the operating rooms.
  • Responsible for the provision of surgical care to meet identified patient outcomes, and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements
  • Post High School Diploma Program
  • Graduate of a Surgical Tech program – Required.
Experience
  • At least one year of Surgical Technologist experience in acute care setting
  • Certification and Licensure
  • BLS Certification
Required Skills
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
 
IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Ideal candidate would have at least 1 full year of Surgical Technology experience in a main OR or SurgiCenter environment.
  • Would like to have experience in ENT, Ortho, General, GYN, Plastics etc.
