We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Staff PT. As a Staff PT, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent care and support to our patients. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans
  • Perform physical therapy interventions and provide ongoing patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment options and expectations
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

  • Candidates must possess in-state licensure

  • 1 year of experience as a physical therapist

  • 1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist – preferred

  • Candidates must possess strong caring interpersonal skills
