As the Sales Manager, you will:
 
– Spearhead Growth: Lead the professional development of Territory Account Managers, store employees, and Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives.
– Drive Expansion: Initiate and coordinate action plans to tap into new business opportunities and penetrate emerging markets.
– Maintain Relationships: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty in trading areas.
– Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver training for employees and prospective customers.
– Conduct Reviews: Perform regular one-on-one reviews with sales personnel to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
– Support Marketing Plans: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for product lines and target markets.
– Ensure Standards: Ensure all sales employees meet or exceed activity standards for calls, proposals, presentations, and orders.
– Demonstrate Leadership: Motivate, manage, and collaborate with company employees and supplier representatives.
