  • have large plant experience (600 persons or larger)
  • experience in Metal Fabrication or Machining or Assembly
  • strong in lean manufacturing
  • has managed supervisors
  • open to rural life style
  • working in non union operations
  • HVAC experience a major plus
Plant is 1500-1700 person non union facility of app 800k square feet ….running 3 shifts …..successful candidate will have a track record of strong team building and steady career progression
