Growing manufacturing plant in eastern TN has immediate opening for an Operations Manager. This role plays a key part on the leadership team for this 24/7 operation. Will establish production goals, work on Continuous Improvement initiatives, and take a proactive approach to problem solving. The Operations Manager will have three direct reports.
 
This is a plant that continues to add new lines and product offerings. The Operations Manager must have a BS degree along with at least 5 years experience in a management / leadership role in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing plant. The Operations Manager will ensure production goals are met, while also ensuring Quality standards are maintained.
 
A manufacturing background in Food / Beverage; Packaging; Assembly; or Pharma / Med Device will be the best match.
