Note: This position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Philadelphia office. Additional WFH days may be earned over time.

Job Description

  • Represent clients in employment litigation defense matters
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
  • Manage depositions, discovery, and trial preparations
  • Attend and participate in trials and settlement negotiations
  • Work closely with senior litigators to ensure exceptional client service
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in employment litigation defense
  • Strong skills in preparing pleadings, briefs, and trial documents
  • Experience managing complex litigation cases
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (NJ/NY license is a plus)
  • Must have defense-side experience, not plaintiff-side
