We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and execute improvement projects.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on continuous improvement principles.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in a continuous improvement role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
