As noted during your onboarding process, all W2 employees with engagements contracted longer than 90 days are eligible for benefits following their probationary period.  The employee probationary period is 30 days following your start date.

Spearhead uses ADP to process employee payment. Payroll is executed every other Friday, or moved earlier in case of holidays. You can find the payroll dates here.


Intuit Timesheets

Spearhead uses Intuit Timesheets (formerly TSheets) for employee time tracking.

Expense Reimbursement


If employees incur work related expenses at the direction of the company or the client, the employee can request an account to process reimbursement.


Horizon Blue

We offer plan options through Horizon Blue. There is a 30 day probationary period before employees can utilize this benefit

Dental / Vision

Dental / Vision

Dental and Vision is a combined policy that is available through United Healthcare, managed by Oxford Benefit Management (OBM).
