Our client is a worldwide market leader in the SaaS transportation management industry and is hiring for a VP, Sales Enablement.

Minimum Position Requirements Include:

  • Grasping Airline Customer Needs: Utilize key airline relationships to provide comprehensive information on the technical facets and efficiencies of technology, ensuring it aligns with customer requirements.
  • Management of Sales Operations and Revenue Enablement: Develop, implement, and oversee fundamental sales operations and revenue enablement processes, including deal evaluations, sales training, proposal/RFP responses, sales commissions, and sales forecasting/pipeline management.
  • Leadership of Team: Guide a compact team of business analysts and sales support personnel to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the Business Development team and the Product, Technology, Legal, and Human Resources departments to ensure synergy and cooperation.
  • Optimization of Sales Tools and Resources: Assess and deploy necessary tools and resources to enhance sales motions and boost sales outcomes.
