Job Title: Urologist
Location: Spring Hill, Florida
Salary: Urologists are offered competitive salaries and the opportunity to earn additional income through a WRVU incentive model. An attractive commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, CME expenses, and relocation assistance can also be provided.
Job Summary: We are looking for a board certified or board eligible urologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in full spectrum urology services and have access to robotics. We welcome experienced providers and new graduates to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Screen, examine and diagnose patient health issues
– Prescribe medications and treatments
– Perform surgical procedures
– Monitor patient progress
– Provide patient-centered care
– Stay up to date on the latest urology treatments

Qualifications:
– ABMS/AOA board certification or eligible with certification in process
– Previous experience in urology services
– Knowledge of medical laws, regulations, and safety standards
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work both independently and in a team
– Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR)

Experience and Skills:
– Thorough understanding of urology treatments
– Ability to diagnose and treat common urological diseases
– Well-versed in using laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques
– Extensive knowledge of robotic assisted surgeries
– Competence in pre- and post-operative care
– Ability to diagnose and treat common urological diseases
