Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package for board-certified or board-eligible urologists. There is also an extremely fast ramp-up, with the potential to earn a bonus within six months of joining our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join our group in Kissimmee, FL. The successful candidate will work in a clinic conveniently located on the hospital campus, with access to state-of-the-art equipment, including robotics (da Vinci surgical systems). Our group is large enough to handle anything urology-related, but also small enough to provide personalized care and allow for autonomy in deciding which cases to send out to tertiary care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform urological procedures
• Interpret diagnostic studies and provide appropriate patient care
• Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care in electronic medical records
• Provide education to patients and families on disease prevention and management

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in Florida
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Experience and Skills:

• Completion of a Urology residency
• Experience in performing urological procedures and interpreting diagnostic studies
• Knowledge of urology laboratory equipment and software
