Job Title: Urologist
Location: Brooksville, Florida
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary and WRVU incentive model, as well as a commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, CME expenses, and relocation assistance.
Job Summary: We are looking for a Urologist to join our team in the Brooksville, Florida area. The successful candidate will have ABMS/AOA Board Certification or eligibility with certification in process and robotics skills. This position offers full spectrum urology services and an anticipated call ratio of 1:3. Experienced providers and new graduates are both welcomed to apply. Office space is available upon request.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Diagnose, treat, and manage urological diseases and disorders
– Develop and implement patient management plans
– Educate patients on preventative care and healthy lifestyle
– Follow up with patients to monitor progress
– Ensure compliance with medical regulations
– Maintain accurate patient records
– Develop and implement patient management plans

Qualifications:
– ABMS/AOA Board Certification or Eligibility with Certification in Process
– Licensure in the State of Florida

Experience and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Urologist
– Thorough knowledge of urology procedures and treatments
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Attention to detail
– Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
