Tax Associate Attorney

Our client, an established AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Tax Associate to join their Tax Controversy and Corporate Partnership Tax practice. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a well-respected team and work with high-net-worth clients in a growing practice.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
- L.L.M. in Taxation is required.
- Bar Admission in Florida (or willingness to be admitted).
- 3-5 years of substantive tax experience, with a focus on tax controversy and tax planning.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, with a productive and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients in tax controversy and tax planning matters.
- Develop and implement strategic tax plans for clients, particularly in the areas of wealth transmission and protection.
- Provide tailored and personalized legal services to clients, maintaining a focus on discretion and trust.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to private wealth and corporate clients.
