The fastest growing insurance group in the Southeast. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage the expanding revenue stream.

The Account Manager is responsible for providing continuous service to all commercial clients. Through servicing, develop a thorough knowledge of the accounts, becoming a liaison between client, carrier and producer on a daily basis. Lead appropriate resources to address client’s needs. Actively works with producer in the retention and growth of the assigned book of business.

 

Positions can be full remote or hybrid

Requirements:

Commercial insurance customer service experience

Property & Casualty Insurance license

Thorough knowledge of all P&C coverage definitions. 

Intermediate knowledge of account management systems.
