The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for Inventory control and management. The Supply Chain Coordinator is also responsible for tracking inventory trends, cost savings initiatives, and maintaining continuity in the supply of material. The Supply Chain Coordinator is required to participate in the inventory process for all raw materials including but not limited to; resins and components. The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the material requirements planning in support of the production environment . The Supply Chain Coordinator maintains an open line of communications with the company’s supply base regarding material supply, planning and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supports production through the procurement of goods or services to ensure timely delivery for organizational needs in a cost-effective manner.
2. Sources cost competitive materials to support sales efforts in securing new business and maintaining current business, while promoting corporate financial health.
3. Develops new vendor relationships and monitors current vendor performance to ensure compliance with industry, customer, and company standards.
4. Coordinates communication between departments to respond to supplier requirements.
