This full time, permanent second shift Supervisor of Industrial Maintenance career opportunity is at a rapidly growing, one hundred year old manufacturing company that treats its employees exceptionally well. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Mentoring, training and supervising eight maintenance mechanics who perform a variety of industrial maintenance
- Getting certified with refrigeration if not already
- Working second shift weekdays as well as one weekend per month
The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered:
- Must have three or more years of supervisory experience over industrial maintenance employees
- Must have three or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Possess the ability to work second shift and one weekend per month
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
