Our construction client in Torrington, CT is seeking a Staff Estimator to join their team. Our client has been in business for 100 years with fantastic tenure.
 
MUST HAVE: 
  • 6 months plus experience as an Estimator supporting projects of 5 mil +
  • Commercial Construction background
  • Ability to read drawings
 
NICE TO HAVE: 
  • Strong pre construction knowledge or experience 
  • SAGE experience
  • Experience working for a GC
DAY TO DAY: 
The Staff Estimator will support a team of around 9 Estimators in the pre-construction Estimation process. This role will support commercial construction projects ranging in budget between 10 mil to 100 mil.
