Job Summary

A leading global automotive tier one supplier is looking for a Staff Administrator  their  R&D Corporate facility. They offer an excellent benefits package with bonus potential for qualifying candidates.

 

Primary Position responsibilities:

To provide data entry and administrative support for all departments with the Corporate Commercial Relations Division. Departments include Sales, Purchasing, Cost Planning and Tooling Administration.

 

Position Summary:

    Support CCR Departments within established deadlines

    Data entry into multiple computer software system

    Cost change reporting for Mass Production

    Provide transportation (using company pool car) for customer meetings or internal events

    Meeting Coordination and Note taking

    Communicate with Group companies and departments within the organization

    Offer administrative support with CCR projects as needed

    Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

    2 year degree or equivalent job experience in a related field

    Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Products

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Understanding of methods and procedures relating to data entry for customer’s data system as well as in-house data management systems.

    Knowledge of customer’s part numbering system

    Solid understanding of the Groups mass production commercial flow

    Possess a valid driver’s license

    Be willing and able to travel both domestically and to overseas locations as required.
