Our construction client in Torrington, CT is seeking a Sr. Estimator to join their team. Our client has been in business for 100 years with fantastic tenure.
 
MUST HAVE: 
  • 5 + recent years of Estimator experience – alongside an additional 5 + years in Commercial Construction
  • Takeoff experience and ability to comprehend construction drawing 
  • Experience working directly for a GC company
 
NICE TO HAVE: 
  • Strong preconstruction knowledge or experience 
  • SAGE experience
  • Cast-in-place concrete knowledge 
DAY TO DAY: 
 The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating commercial projects between 10 – 100 million. In this role you will communicate with architects, owners, preforming hard bids, reviewing project scope, takeoff, creating budgets, detailed estimates, through the final estimate. They will be supporting 2 – 4 projects at a time
