SPEECH THERAPY SUPERVISOR
Burbank, CA
$120K-190K + Bonus + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation + Sign on Bonus
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the professional practice of the Program assigned, including the implementation of established standards, development of quality services, new programs, and business opportunities. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of Speech Therapy Services in the Program assigned in accordance with program goals, hospital goals and objectives, hospital functions and philosophy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited speech therapy professional program.
  • Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License Or
  • Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License Or
  • Upon hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License Or
  • Upon hire: National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist – National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
  • 5 years’ Experience as a practicing therapist.
  • 2 years’ Experience in supervisory/lead role in health care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree Speech Language Pathology
  • 2 years’ Experience as a supervisor.
