Solutions Engineer

This individual would have 3+ years of direct experience working with and implementing manufacturing or construction ERP software like Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage, etc. This individual will also have the technical skills to demo company’s product, set up customer accounts and advise customers on implementing process improvements by leveraging company software. This individual will also need to cross sell and grow customer accounts through engagement and user adoption. The individual would be analytical and be able to convey to the product team any functional enhancements or feature requests necessary to accelerate and grow customer adoption. The individual would work closely within the sales organization to actively upsell existing customers. If you’re excited to be part of an industry defining business, this position is a fit for you.

Skills

 • 3+ years of direct experience working with and implementing manufacturing or construction ERP software like Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage, etc.

• Strong technical skills to demo our product, address customer technical concerns on the fly and relay product feedback and feature requests to the product team

• Enjoy building long-term customer relationships and interacting with a variety of business, technical and executive stakeholders

• Consultative in approach and able to navigate a variety of client types across the industry
