As Service Manager, you are managing day-to-day operations of in-house, field service, and support activities in the Central Region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, KY, TN) and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The salary range for this position is $101,000 to $115,000. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

 

Responsibilities:

Managing a 15 person service team, including personnel decisions, performance appraisals, and training requirements
  • Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTTR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
  • Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO17025 requirements
  • Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses

Skills and qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Strong trouble-shooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 3 years of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
