Job Description:

• Seeking a CPA Advisor/Sr. Mgr. with 7+ years of tax experience to join our team
• Must possess exceptional accounting skills and charisma
• Will be responsible for reviewing various tax returns, conducting complex analysis, and providing clients with solutions to potential tax problems
• Must serve as a technical mentor to junior team members and manage multiple tax and accounting projects
• Will provide clients with complete and accurate work in a timely and efficient manner based on agreed-upon budgets and time expectations
• Must anticipate areas of concern for client engagements and proactively recommend solutions
• Analyze IRS notices and draft responses as needed
• Participate in team member evaluations and critical personnel decisions
• Must consult with clients as needed on special projects
• Will support the firm by participation in committees, training, recruitment & proactive involvement in planning for the future
• Must follow all applicable policies and procedures
• Will participate as a member of the firm and develop positive working relationships with team members
• Minimum qualifications include 7+ years of recent tax and accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active CPA license
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, CCH Axcess, or CCH Pro System is desired, as well as intermediate experience in the Windows environment, Excel, and Word
• Must have superior communication and analytical skills, excellent organizational skills, and a client-oriented work ethic
• Must be willing to adapt to changing priorities as the organization grows
• A criminal background check is required due to the sensitive nature of the information handled
