Senior Scientist, Flow Cytometry

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Offer flow cytometry expertise and provide technical support.
• Perform bulk and single-cell sorting, using FACS and MACS-based techniques.
• Prepare samples for subsequent downstream processing.
• Collaborate with functional teams to design and conduct FACS-related experiments.
• Meet established timelines, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in meetings.
• Prepare presentations and regularly communicate to internal stakeholders.

 

Essential Qualifications:

 

• PhD and independent research or development experience using flow cytometry methods.
• Familiarity with BD FACS instruments is strongly preferred

 

 

Essential Experience:

 

• 4-6 years of post-PhD laboratory experience.
• Multi-color flow cytometry and bulk and single cell sorting, using FACS and MACS-based methods.
• 2+ years of experience with recombinant antibodies and molecular biology, NGS related.
• Data analysis and presentation.
