Senior Industrial Estimator
Phoenix, AZ

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for soft craft projects, including insulation, fireproofing, scaffolding, and coating. The Estimator will work closely with the Project Manager to understand the scope of work, identify materials and labor requirements, and calculate the overall cost of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for soft craft projects
• Work closely with the Project Manager to understand the scope of work, identify materials and labor requirements, and calculate the overall cost of the project
• Review and analyze blueprints and specifications
• Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare and submit estimates to clients on time and within budget
• Track and manage the bidding process
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and address concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in estimating soft craft projects
• Strong understanding of soft craft materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Excellent knowledge of construction blueprints and specifications
• Ability to prepare accurate and competitive estimates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
