Senior Industrial Engineering Manager | Position Overview

·        Identifies new equipment needs and process specification implementation into production

·        Lead problem solving and root cause analysis to improve company KPI’s leveraging Lean Principles

·        Participate in fulfillment optimization efforts that include data collection, validation, and scenario development

·        Ability to understand and work with technical documentation including business process flows and system documents to assess designs and issues as required

·        Analyzes operations for bottlenecks, non-value-added tasks, and process/productivity improvements

·        Build strong working relationship with plant personnel and understand plant processes, projects, productivity initiatives, metrics, across numerous facility locations

·        Assist to develop a road map for lean on-site, key site goals and timelines for all Distribution Centers in the US.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent (Industrial / Mechanical/Manufacturing)

·        Strong communication skill to deal with different level of people, think big & win together mindset

·        Optimize sequence of operations and workflow

·        Ability to create floor level metrics to monitor schedule progress and help identify risk areas

·        Minimum of 3 – 5 years of recent experience working in a distribution environment with work standards

·        Experience in best methods development

·        Experience in the development of a management observation program

·        Extensive experience with 3D solid modeling CAD packages

·        Experience in the development of an accountability program

·        LMS start up experience

·        Experience using HIGHJUMP a plus

·        OMNI Channel experience a plus
