Senior Accountant – Controller
Manufacturing
Lead the financial operation / order management, monthly financial forecast, etc.
• Lead the month end close process and prepare consolidated monthly financial statements – balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile cash daily, providing daily report to CFO.
• Lead team (invoicing / accounts receivable, accounts payable / order management).
• Coordinate month-end inventory and project costing.

• Coordinate month-end inventory and project costing.
• Prepare month-end project cost reports and lead the review with ownership
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience required.
• Five to seven years’ accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Job costing / percentage of cost completion WIP experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must.
• Strict attention to detail; highly organized and efficient
• Ability to work independently is crucial.
• Deadline driven.
• QuickBooks experience required.
• MS Office and general business systems capabilities.
