SALES MANAGER

Our client provides technology solutions to businesses and organizations focusing in on consulting, service and support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit train and manage a national sales team
  • Display aptitude for managing direct reports and driving results while keeping an eye toward overall career growth and happiness
  • Work with the sales leadership team to determine best practices and outreach strategies to drive performance
  • Hold team members accountable for weekly/monthly/quarterly activity and production targets
  • Identify and recruit top talent to work for you
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast and achieve team results
  • Develop and coach the sales process, product and industry skills
  • Ability to grow a large sales team from scratch
  • Past experience using CRM and KPI’s to effectively manage the productive and results of the team
  • Ability to train salespeople on a proven onboarding process and discovery call
  • Can manage a remote team (in person, sporadic, trips/meetings would be welcome)

 

MAIN REQUIRMENTS:

 

  • 5+ years of leadership building a sales team experience required
  • 8+ years of indirect and/or channel sales
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively cross multiple business units including Marketing, Finance, and Product Management
