Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive their manufacturing sales strategies. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, a passion for continuous improvement (CI), and a deep focus on providing unparalleled service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Customer Service Excellence: Prioritize the delivery of exceptional customer service by fostering strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team, implementing best practices, and optimizing sales processes.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Budget Management: Collaborate with the executive team to establish and manage the annual sales budget, ensuring that targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  7. Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to the management team.
  8. Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement (CI) principles and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative work style.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
