Position: Sales Enablement Manager

Are you a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager with a flair for designing and implementing processes, programs, and tools that empower our sales teams to excel? As a Sales Enablement Manager you will play a vital role in enabling the sales force to identify, engage, and close opportunities with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Strategy and Goal Setting:

  • Set clear, measurable goals and objectives for sales enablement programs and campaigns.

2. Compelling Content Development:

  • Leverage analytics to create compelling content that drives high-impact messaging and sales tools.

3. Customer Segmentation:

  • Develop a customer segmentation model and maintain segmentation personas.

4. Lead Process Contribution:

  • Contribute to the lead process, including campaign definition, lead scoring, routing, dispositioning, and nurturing as leads evolve into sales enablement targets.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with data analysts to assess, track, and report on key metrics while deriving actionable insights for performance improvement.

6. Sales Team Support and Training:

  • Communicate and support the training of sales team members on best practices for developing and closing opportunities from leads.
  • Develop quarterly brand presentations and business review templates, and train the sales team on best practices.

7. Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish and execute a cohesive sales enablement strategy.

8. CRM and Adoption Enhancement:

  • Contribute to the improvement of CRM best practices and increase adoption and utilization of sales enablement tools.

9. Data-Driven Opportunity Identification:

  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives through presentations.
  • Strong decision-making skills rooted in data and insights.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven by deadlines and results.
  • Quick learner with a knack for creative problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement function or a related role, preferably within a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for external-facing audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with inside and outside sales representatives.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer segmentation models.
  • History of creating effective sales tools and collateral.
  • Experience in creating Quarterly Business Review templates is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with Highspot is a plus.
