Position: SaaS – Customer Success Manager – Clean Tech
Location: Colorado but individual can live almost anywhere
(MUST have CSM experience)
International start-up that has SaaS / Digital solutions for the Water Industry and specifically Wastewater municipalities is growing their U.S. team and needs a strong Customer Success Manager.
This individual will interface with Customers to onboard them to the company solutions. They will also help to deliver water quality insights and drive the value of the company’s products.
You will also collaborate with our US sales team to identify expansions opportunities, achieve targets for renewal, and to drive customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to communicate the voice of the customer to other departments in the company to ensure the solutions being developed deliver an excellent customer experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental studies or relevant field
- Background in water industry and/or wastewater
- Have worked extensively with technology, software and the cloud
- 3+ years of experience as customer success or account management experience or sales support role, interfacing with customers
- A proven track record of successfully:
- Achieving customer goals
- Driving customer satisfaction
- Increasing customer retention
- Solving customer issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- EIT Certification – PLUS
Ideally, the CSM will be located in Colorado but the RIGHT person could actually live anywhere.
