Our client is an upscale food and entertainment restaurant brand with a scratch kitchen and their beverages are top shelf. They have multiple concepts within their portfolio, some more established and some are newer. We are honored to help them on their search for Restaurant Managers to join their teams in two of their Houston area concepts (River Oaks and Memorial City areas). They know how to find the balance with good food, atmosphere, and just the right touch of personality.


As Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Be a leader who is committed to developing and coaching your team to success.
  • Be a welcoming face to guests as they enter and dine, and a culture champion for your colleagues.
  • Uphold restaurants image and reputation by ensuring the environment is in optimal condition.
  • Monitor and identify any areas for improvement and bring ideas to make them better.
  • Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and figure out how to find a resolution when needed.


Ideal candidates are coming from upscale dining environments with preferably two years of previous management experience in full-service restaurant or hospitality environments. Must be available/flexible for weekend scheduling.
