Research Associate, Behavioral Pharmacology

My client is expanding and seeks a Research Associate to take on the following tasks:

  • Conduct behavioral testing and maintain relevant hardware
  • Perform data handling, tissue collection, and colony maintenance
  • Formulate compounds and dose mice
  • Ensure compliance with all SOPs and IACUC, safety and quality assurance standards

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • BS degree in psychology, neuroscience or similar
  • Experience handling rodents
  • Organization, multi-tasking, trouble shooting, and deductive reasoning skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
