Summary:
The medical center is looking for a Registered Dietitian to provide nutritional assessments and education to patients and residents.
Assists with diabetes self-management education program.
Creates and recommends educational literature for patient use, menu development, QI and in-service instruction for nutritional staff.
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian License in the state of Montana required or can obtain before starting.
One year of experience in an Acute Care and/or Long Term Care setting preferred
Previous electronic medical record charting and MDS experience preferred
Must be able to multi-task and utilize good communication skills.
Additional Info:
Facility is a 25 bed critical access hospital.

The facility is offering a range between 52K-65K plus full benefits and relocation offered.
