POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and competitive regional account manager that thrives in a multi-faceted technical sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our Client’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with both virtual and in-person sales process advancement within assigned territory working with channel partners, prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales. We provide a strong compensation package, full benefits with 401K matching, and professional sales training.

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through all available resources: outbound calling, channel partners, tradeshows, referrals, etc. – This is a true “Hunter” position.

Follow Our Client’ defined sales process 

Identify prospect pain points and align appropriate solutions 

Work within a team-based sales model with other regional and national account managers, and key channel partners

Perform effective presentations to bank and credit union executives (often time a large group of executives).

Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of proven territory sales experience within financial services, FinTech, and BankTech industry selling technology/software and/or consulting services to bank and credit union executives.

Must be a “Hunter,” new logo attainment vs. a “Farmer,” account management.

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong presentation presence (comfortable presenting to executive teams)

Highly proficient with corporate productivity and technology-based sales enablement tools

Strong Salesforce.com usage

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Sandler and or Challenger Sales training is a plus.
