Under general supervision the Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist assists Cardiologists and Radiologists in the performance of interventional angiographic and therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients by imaging, monitoring, or scrub assisting for these physicians while maintaining a safe quality patient environment. Is proficient in required competencies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Formal training in radiology procedures or equivalent education/experience
  • California Radiologic Technologist upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist – Cardiac-Interventional Radiography within 1 year of hire or
  • National Registered Technologist – Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography within 1 year of hire or
  • National Registered Technologist – Vascular-Interventional Radiography within 1 year of hire or
  • National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist – Cardiovascular Credentialing International within 1 year of hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Participation in continuing education program
  • 2 years’ experience in a special procedures or Cardiovascular Lab

Salary: $95,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
