Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
 

Searching for a dynamic Project Manager with experience with OSHPD healthcare construction. You will be responsible for the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome.  As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor the on-site staff. 

 

Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources
  • Assist with preconstruction efforts
  • Develop skills and mentor project management employees
  • Prepare and execute Project Executive Plan
  • Enhance and maintain relationships with clients, designers, consultants, and internal Skanska clients
 

 Project Manager Key Attributes:

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Experience on OSHPD healthcare construction projects required
  • Ability to develop or maintain relationships with clients
  • Broad understanding of the industry
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
