Our Client is an industry- leading commercial Concrete Contractor specializing in delivering quality cast-in-place concrete work in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution markets. Based on current and projected growth in the Southeast region, they are seeking a Project Executive / Operations Manager to provide oversight of project teams on construction of commercial building projects out of either their Tampa or Naples, FL office location.  This is a great opportunity to be part of the growth of a strong industry leader.

Requirements:

– 7+ years’ experience managing commercial concrete construction projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $30M

– Experience leading multiple commercial building project teams simultaneously
– Business Development aptitude
– Driving to deliver profitable projects through management of project teams
– Reliable and Team Player
