NOTE: This position is located in Corpus Christi TX and will offer a full management relocation.
 
We are recruiting for a Electrical Project Engineer – up to 138kv. High Voltage Electrical Engineer for a major refinery in Corpus Christi, TX.

As the Electrical Project Engineer, you will have a high voltage background and experienced working with EPCs and Construction Teams for executing installation of electrical equipment.
  • Familiar with working EPCs and Construction Teams for executing installation of Electrical Equipment
  • Complete Technical Reviews and Submit comments for IFA/IFC project packages including field walk thrus
  • SME for designing 138 kV electrical substations, transformers, large 4160V motors.  
  • Mentor and help I&E Designers for technical support and ensuring all documentation is complete for projects
  • Schweitzer SEL Relay Background and Revieing Coordination Studies. ( Arc Flash, Load Flow, Short Circuit in SKM or similar software)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Full Management Relocation Offered
  • Seeking only candidates who have worked within refinery/petrochemical plant
  • Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering
  • High voltage experience
  • experienced working directly in the refinery / plant / petrochemical facility
  • Experience with transformers, substations, etc
  • Solid communication skills
  • Not opposed to being out in the facility
  • Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
  • Relocation offered
