This full time, permanent Program Planning Project Manager career opportunity is at a company that has grown 20% annually for the past decade. Sales are estimated to double this year. This company is small but very stable as the government is one of several larger customers. Employees matter here and are able to see what’s going on all throughout the company. Retirement benefits are offered but health insurance is not currently provided.
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:
  • Performing program planning management
  • Overseeing new product development from concept to completion
  • Leading and overseeing project teams
  • Interfacing with the customer
  • Scheduling
  • Performing budgetary responsibilities
  • Keeping programs on time and in budget
  • Acquiring resources
  • Providing status updates
 
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • An engineering degree
  • Three years of project management experience
  • Three years of new product development experience
  • Some experience leading a team
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
