Program Manager for Software Defined Vehicle

Responsibilities: 

1 Manage development programs with multiple stake holders to ensure on time delivery and high quality

2 Monitor program KPIs and quality assurance (QA) activities

3 Drive the master program schedule- Manage dependencies and liaison between teams as needed, Proactiveness, ensure each milestone is reached as planned

4 Change management, Risk management, Issue identification, addressing and timely resolution

Qualifications:

Educational:

-> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

– Agile Practitioner, SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

Competencies:

1.             Proven track record for program management skills in a complex product development environment

2.            Understanding of software development technology and the product development lifecycle

3.            Product development experience with Automotive OEMs / Cloud companies

4.            Strong leadership, excellent coordination, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage/effectively work with geographically dispersed teams

5.            Experience in using Agile and traditional project management tools

6.            Experience in Software Defined Vehicle development program management / Cloud Native Architecture based Program development
