We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager for one of our growing Logistics clients specializing in the Logistics (Pick-up/Drop-off) industry. This is a full-time employee position based in Nassau County, NY.
The ideal candidate should have strong AI (Claude) and technical knowledge. The candidate should have a solid understanding of current technology platforms (SaaS and Cloud), AI, and data, to lead technical programs, strategy sessions, partner with Engineering, and bring AI enablement to our existing program delivery framework.
In this role, you will own end to end execution of the client’s most important programs, including new market launches, product capability rollouts, customer onboarding programs, and cross functional initiatives that span Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering. This is a hands on program management role at the center of the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the program management discipline for the company’s most important initiatives across product rollout and operational rollout.
  • Lead new market launch programs end to end: cross functional planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, go live readiness, and post launch stabilization.
  • Lead product capability rollout programs, including customer onboarding, partner enablement, internal training, and adoption tracking.
  • Drive cross functional initiatives across Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering, holding teams accountable to scope, timeline, and outcomes.
  • Build the playbooks, templates, and cadences that let company scale program management as the business grows.
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early. Be the truth teller on what is on track and what is not.
  • Apply AI and modern technical tooling to make program management itself more effective, including automating status, structuring data, and building dashboards.
  • Partner with the COO and CEO on prioritization and resourcing across the program portfolio.
Requirments:
  • 7+ years in program management or related cross functional roles, with a track record of driving complex programs to completion.
  • Strong AI and technical fluency. You can sit with engineers and hold a credible conversation. You actively use modern AI tools in your own work and have a point of view on where they create real leverage.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational plans and hold teams accountable to them.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity. You can define a program before running it.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You produce executive ready updates that are clear, honest, and decision useful.
  • Ability to work in office 4 days per week and travel ~15 to 20% as needed.
Strongly Preferred:
  • Experience program managing in logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, or operations intensive businesses.
  • Experience leading new market or new product launch programs.
  • Prior experience in an early stage or build phase environment.
Nice to have:
  • Engineering, product, or applied technical background earlier in career.
  • Experience designing or running an internal program management function.
  • People management experience.
