Production Supervisor

Location: Nova Scotia, Canada

  • This position is a designed first step into company management, a great opportunity for an early career engineer to step into supervision
  • You will be working with an international company that is doing very well and funneling money into their capital expansion program
  • You will be working with state-of-the-art sustainability focused technology

 

Description:

This role is with an international chemical manufacturing company with sites spread across North America and beyond with capital flowing in for new technology development and capital expansions. You will be overseeing approximately two dozen hourly operators and technicians spread over four shifts on a PSM regulated production line.

 

Requirements:

  • B.S. Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 4+ years’ experience out of manufacturing. The following industries will be considered
    • Chemicals
    • Pharmaceuticals
    • Steel
    • Food additives
    • Foods
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a major plus
