Product Design Engineer (R&D)

Role Overview
This Product Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing new Product Designs from concept to qualification to full scale production.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Generate product design concepts and packages, including drawings, travelers, tooling, and test procedure
- Drive value and project progression with both Internal and External Customers
- Design and develop new solutions to support customer needs and new applications
- Partner with Manufacturing to identify and resolve issues associated with manufacturing, assembly, and test of products
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years’ work experience in a related engineering or project management role
- Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis for both Thermal and Structural
- Design Tolerance Analysis experience
- AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 or similar QMS level Product Design/Qualification experience
