Process Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

 

Description:

This position is with an FDA/GMP regulated specialty chemical manufacturing company located in sun-soaked Jacksonville, FL. This person will be working on process optimization, small capital projects, and day to day production support working on mostly distillation equipment at a 150 person DCS controlled manufacturing plant. This site is in a great location that is being invested in by the parent company with new, ongoing projects being introduced regularly leading to increased capacity with an A grade school district nearby.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.S. Chemical Engineering
  • 3-10 years’ experience out of chemical manufacturing
    • PSM specialty chemicals would be preferred
    • Refineries acceptable second choice
  • Experience in the completion of capital projects would be a big plus
