Summary:

The Glass Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing glass manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, implement, and monitor glass manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
  • Research and recommend equipment upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation and certifications.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and develop staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
