Responsible for providing Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

Relocation available

  • 100 % Mobile position seeing patients in homes, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities 

  • Candidate will be supporting the Houston market (Harris County) with occasional travel to the Fort Worth area.

  • Working with our Medicaid PC Plus  and Medicare program

  • Overseeing Nurse Practitioner in the field

  • Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients.

  • Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention and early detection.

  • Provides referrals based on examination and patient needs. 

  • Participates in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.

  • Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients. 

  • Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations. 

  • Completes medical records (EMR) documentation daily. 

  • Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in Texas and board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.  

  • DEA license required. 

Qualifications:
Requires a MD or DO.
DEA license required.
Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in Texas and board eligibility.
