Job Summary: We are currently seeking a board certified Physician – Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will possess the necessary skills and qualifications to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and disorders of the visual system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in the area of ophthalmology

• Diagnose and treat diseases of the eyes

• Perform surgeries to correct vision problems

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure the best possible care

• Maintain up-to-date medical records

• Monitor patient progress and compliance with treatment plans

• Research and stay up-to-date on advances in ophthalmology

• Adhere to the highest standards of medical care

Qualifications:

• Must be board certified in Ophthalmology by the ABO

• Comprehensive ophthalmologist or anterior segment surgeon preferred

• Interest in partnership opportunity welcome

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using healthcare technology

• Ability to adhere to safety protocols

Experience and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in ophthalmology

• Thorough knowledge of ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment

• Ability to interpret complex medical data

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in medical terminology and coding
