Job Title: Physiatrist/Physician/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Location: Springdale, Arkansas
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary package, including a commencement bonus and assistance with medical education debt. We also provide an education stipend for physicians who are finishing their training, along with CME expenses and relocation assistance.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Physiatrist/Physician/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join our team in Springdale. The successful candidate will act as the Medical Director for a 25-bed inpatient rehab unit. This is an employed, inpatient-only position with anticipated call of 1:2, which includes every other weekend. Medical director for inpatient rehab experience is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent patient care and adhere to clinical standards
•Perform patient assessments and interpret test results
•Develop and implement treatment plans
•Prescribe medications and other therapies
•Provide clinical consultation
•Manage and lead the inpatient rehab unit

Qualifications:
•Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
•Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
•Valid medical license to practice in the state of Arkansas
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Experience and Skills:
•Comprehensive knowledge of medical psychology
•Demonstrated experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)
•Proficiency in clinical and administrative management
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
